Live Clarinet Playing, Group Singing and Lively Stories with David Singer
at the Ventura County Library

Welcome to an unforgettable experience at E.P. Foster Library!
Join us this Saturday, June 7, 11am – 1pm for Live Clarinet Playing, Group Singing and Lively Stories with Grammy Award-Winning Musician, David Singer. Get ready to be captivated by David’s musical talents and engaging storytelling as he shares stories from his memoir, “From Cab Driver to Carnegie Hall.”

“In addition to telling stories about my adventures, and a few misadventures, I will perform popular music from Vienna and neighboring Eastern Europe circa 1880’s – early 1900’s that many of you (believe it or not) will know. I will bring lyrics so you can sing along. I will also play a few pieces that proved important in my career including a movement from the Mozart Clarinet Concerto.

Books will be on sale, I will sign whatever you like, answer any questions I can, and it should be a fun couple hours together.”

It’s going to be a day filled with music, laughter, and joy. Don’t miss out on this fantastic event!
